For cocktail and dinner the band plays lower volume slow and mid tempo songs. When it's party time, the group seamlessly segues, transitions, and medleys through a barrage of up-tempo dance hits. Engaging the audience, the band never misses a beat, and provides non-stop music throughout the sets. Performing one power house sing-a-long after another, Drywater members encourage audience participation and regularly join guests on the dancefloor during the show.
The Drywater Band's production includes wireless mixing, line array sound reinforcement, wireless microphones, in-ear monitors, LED stage wash lighting, and break music service, and is covered under the band's $1,000,000 liability insurance policy. Drywater's self-contained production can accommodate nearly any situation from an intimate 50 person dinner in a small banquet room to a 3000 person corporate event in a 30,000 sq. ft. ballroom.
The Drywater Band performed 100+ wedding receptions in 2014, and received 100% positive reviews. The group works closely with brides, grooms, parents, videographers, venues, and wedding planners to ensure that entertainment, music, and master of ceremonies responsibilities are performed accurately with special attention to detail.
As the largest city in Texas, Houston is home to more Fortune 500 companies than any other metropolis except New York City.
